The Therapists Behind Elevate

About Elevate
Elevate exists to guide couples to connection, clarity and lasting growth. We believe transformation is possible when counseling is both supportive and compassionate, blending evidence based practices with intention.
Our vision is simple: to set a new standard for couples counseling — one where peace, balance, and purpose are not rare achievements but the foundation of thriving relationships.
At Elevate, counseling is never just about managing conflict. It’s about strengthening trust, deepening communication, and helping couples create lives that feel calm, intentional, and aligned. In a world full of noise, peace is the new luxury — and Elevate makes it attainable.
OUR VALUES
We're guided by principles that shape every session, every interaction, and every outcome.
Excellence in Care
Every detail of the client experience is purposeful. Counseling is guided by proven, evidence-based practices and decades of expertise.
Peace as the New Luxury
In a world that often feels chaotic, peace is the most valuable achievement. We help provide the structure and tools to help couples reclaim it.
Intentional Transformation
Counseling is focused and outcome-driven, designed to create measurable change that strengthens connection and fosters resilience.
Integrity & Clarity
Direct, honest, and respectful. Clients know exactly what they’re working toward and why.
Holistic Elevation
Elevating relationships is the anchor, but Elevate touches the whole person — their confidence, their choices, their sense of purpose. The goal is not just stronger relationships, but fuller, more grounded lives.

Her approach is warm, approachable, and deeply empathetic, while challenging unhelpful dynamics with care and clarity.
Heather is particularly passionate about helping couples rebuild trust, reignite closeness, and navigate life’s transitions with confidence. She believes that strong communication, emotional attunement, and practical tools empower couples to cultivate lasting intimacy, resilience, and partnership.
