In-Person Sessions
Meet with your therapist in our welcoming office located at 4436 Costello Way, Suite 301A, Haymarket, VA.

Telehealth Sessions
Connect with your therapist from the comfort and privacy of your home using our secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Telehealth services are available to clients located in Virginia and Arkansas.

Concierge Services
For clients seeking additional convenience and privacy, we offer in-home sessions at a concierge rate. Please contact us to discuss availability and pricing.

What can I expect in my first session?

Do you accept insurance?

Accepted Answer

We do not accept insurance or bill insurance companies directly. This allows us to focus on providing personalized care while maintaining a high level of privacy and flexibility in treatment.

We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

Do you see indivudals for therapy?

Yes. While our primary focus is helping clients build and sustain healthy relationships, we also work with individuals who are navigating relationship challenges or the end of a relationship.

Individual therapy at Elevate is designed to support you in understanding your relational patterns, strengthening your connection with others, and moving through transitions such as breakup, separation, or divorce with clarity and intention.

Our work remains grounded in relational health, whether you are coming in as an individual or as part of a couple.

What are intensive sessions and do you offer them?

Yes. We offer couples therapy intensives designed for partners who want to make meaningful progress in a focused, accelerated format.

Intensives allow you to step outside of the weekly therapy model and dedicate extended time to deeper work, helping you address core patterns, improve communication, and strengthen connection more efficiently.

We offer half-day, full-day, and multi-day intensive options. After an initial consultation, we’ll help determine which format best fits your goals and needs.

Do you offer concierge services?

Yes. Our concierge services are designed for clients who value flexibility, privacy, and a highly personalized therapy experience. These sessions take place in your home and are available for  couples through a concierge package.

What if my relationship needs immediate support?

If your relationship is in a place where things feel urgent, overwhelming, or like they can’t wait for a traditional therapy timeline, we offer crisis-focused sessions designed for immediate support.
These sessions provide space to slow things down, reduce escalation, and gain clarity about what’s happening and what to do next. Depending on your needs, we can meet for a 90-minute consultation or an extended intensive session to help stabilize the situation and create a clear, practical plan moving forward.
